RESTORED
WE FOUND UNIQUE BEAUTY.
CLI Good Works & Firelands Local renovated 16 West Main Street in Norwalk in 2016 to be a new upscale community multi-purpose gathering space in the heart of downtown. The design is open-format so that it can be quickly re-arranged to fit practically any use and any demographic. Inside occupancy is 75. Tables, chairs are included with the space. It is of course fully accessible.
Since we opened 16 West for business in February of 2017, it has hosted fundraisers, parties, seminars, weddings, Imagine Norwalk activities, and many other events. The space is available to rent at a rate of $100 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.

CLI Good Works & Firelands Local are always looking for ways to partner with other community members. If there is a good reason that we should donate the use of this space to your cause– we want to hear it.
Using this space and working collaboratively, we’re able to raise & give back more than $6,000 to other community members, including the Piggyback Foundation, the United Fund of Huron County, Senior Services, Norwalk Firefighter’s Operation Warm, ACT, the Huron County Non-Food Bank, and the Huron County Library.
