In 2017 CLI purchased a tired and run-down triplex uptown Norwalk, directly adjacent to the City’s Suhr Park, across Main Street from the Norwalk Public Library, and within easy walking distance from Sheri’s and other local shops. 6+ 40-yard dumpsters and hundreds of work hours later, the Seminary Studio emerged as a new community space accessible to everyone.

Like all of our properties– 38 Seminary serves many different functions including: art & wellness classes, various projects, meetings of various local groups, fundraisers, and upstairs offices.
